Clive Burstow, a former analyst at Cazenove, has rejoined the group to work on its Global Resources fund.
Burstow will take on the role of director and resources investment manager, assisting Jonathan Blake, head of global energy and materials, and manager of the £619m portfolio. He joins from BlackRock where he was an analyst for the mining sector, and has also worked at Alliance Bernstein. His previous stint at Barings lasted from 2004 to 2007.
