Gilliat Financial Solutions launches with income plan

Gilliat Financial Solutions has unveiled its first structured product, a monthly income plan offering investors exposure to a choice of three different asset classes.

The inaugural launch in the Gilliat Income Series has a trio of options; UK equities, commodities and property. Option 1 is linked to the FTSE 100 and offers 6.504% AER; option 2 is based on the S&P GSCI - ER index and pays 7.2% AER and option 3 tracks the FTSE EPRA / NAREIT Developed Europe index and provides 7.5% AER. The five-year plan is capital protected, provided the relevant index does not drop by more than 50% from its starting level during the term and fail to recover.
