Gartmore's Fledgling Trust is to waive its initial charge of 3% on Isa investments until 30 June 2005. The £94m trust, managed by Gervais Williams and Andrew Russell, seeks long-term capital growth and income through investment in companies in the FTSE Fledgling index. The group said the offer will represent a saving to investors of £210 on a £7,000 Isa investment. The trust was trading at a discount of 7.8% on 6 May 2005, according to Trustnet.
