investment trust of the year judging begins
Judging in the 2005 Investment Trust of the Year awards has begun with shortlists drawn up in nine categories. Among the trusts nominated are Polar Capital Technology, Perpetual Income & Growth, Atlantis Japan Growth and British Empire Securities & General. Questionnaires are being sent out to those trusts shortlisted later this week. The judging panel has been expanded this year to include James Carthew, fund of funds manager with Progressive Asset Management and Kira Nickerson, editor of Investment Week.
