• The Chartered Insurance Institute has received accreditation for three examinations from the qualifications and curriculum authority. All three will be listed in the National Qualifications Framework and added to the Financial Services Skills Council list of appropriate examinations. The three are: the certificate in financial planning for financial advisers, certificate in mortgage advice for standard mortgage brokers and certificate in financial planning and lifetime mortgage activities for advisers also working in this area.
