Reyker Securities has reported an 86% increase in Isa plan closures since 5 April 2004 compared with the same period last year. The group has also seen a 57% fall in new Isa monies subscribed and claims other Isa providers are seeing similar trends. The group is attributing the fall off to the recent tax changes on Isas.
