The Financial Services Association will not replace key features documents until after the long delayed second draft of Mifid legislation is announced. After reviewing proposals for replacing key features documents with quick guides, and key features illustration documents with separate projection and charge sheets, the regulator found little benefit in the proposals. It is currently continuing discussions about pressing ahead with a quick guide format for disclosure on product terms.
