Sales of investment trust Isas in the second quarter fell by a full 10% on equivalent 2004 figures, according to data from the AITC. The second quarter saw sales of some £19.6m, compared with £21.7m in the same period last year, with sales also dropping from the level seen in the first three months of 2005. The Global Growth sector remained the most popular for Isa sales, amounting to 30% of the total in June, with the same true of savings schemes.
