Insight is planning to launch a property fund of funds with a target distribution yield of 4.5%. The Insight Property Portfolio, an open-ended Guernsey unit trust, will provide exposure to the UK commercial property market through holdings in 10 property funds. The group has made a deal to acquire interests in an existing portfolio of offshore property unit trusts that have a combined value of £5bn.
