Threadneedle is taking advantage of the Inland Revenue's Isa regulation amendments by offering its UK Limited Issue and Mid Cap 250 funds within the tax wrapper from 17 November. UK Limited Issue, managed by Mark Holden, will be targeted at nominee brokers as it has a £20,000 minimum investment, while Mid Cap 250, run by Bill Barker will be available within the tax wrapper for the first time.
