Independent stockbroker and investment manager Goy Harris Cartwright (GHC) has taken over Berkeley Fund Managers (BFM) and is looking to rebrand the firm in July. GHC's funds will move the BFM side of the business so the former can focus on stockbroking and discretionary investment management. BFM will take on GMC's UK Equity, High Income and Active Managed Oeics, with GMC's UK fund merging with BFM's UK Growth vehicle. BFM's other two Oeics, International Growth & Value and Gilt Plus, will remain as they are.
