Investors with Isa or Pep investments in Franklin Templeton funds will have to transfer to alternative plan managers in the third quarter or have their investments encashed. The US fund group will no longer act as plan manager for Isa and Pep wrapped Oeics from 25 October and for investment trusts from 15 September. Franklin is recommending clients transfer Oeic Isa and Pep holdings to FundsNetwork if they wish to maintain the wrapper.
