Over 95% of shareholders have backed the continuation of the F&C Commercial Property trust, despite falling short of its discount policy introduced at launch. F&C Commercial Property, which is run by Richard Kirby, is currently trading at a 18.2% discount to its net asset value (NAV), according to figures from AIC. Prior to launch, the board established a self-imposed target stating if the market price of a share was more than 5% below its NAV for three months or more, directors would reconsider the continuation of the company.
