Alliance Trust has launched an online dealing service for investors to manage their investment and pension portfolios. Investors can trade all available equities, gilts and investment trusts in their Isas, Peps, Sipps and other plans at a flat rate of £12.50 per trade. Until 30 April Alliance Trust is offering a second trade free of charge. The service, which has been piloted with 5,000 customers since November, gives real-time market quotes and offers 3,000 investment choices.
