The lead manager on the £4.5bn Norwich Property Trust Gerardine Davies has been poached by Aegon from Morley Fund Management. Davies has been running the giant property fund since 2001 and has overseen tremendous growth on the vehicle. She has been recruited from Morley along with colleagues Philip Clark and David Wise. They resigned on Friday and will be joining Aegon in three months. Aegon said the hires open up lots of product possibilities.
