James Hay has hired John Glover and Jenny Ross as business development managers as part of a drive to develop its wrap and Sipp offerings over the coming year. Glover joins from Scottish Life, while Ross, who has previously worked for James Hay as head of the wrap investment portfolio team, moves back to the firm from 7im, where she was an investment adviser. The new hires will report to regional sales director Shaun Sandford.
