Baring Asset Management has applied for distributor status for its range of three Multi Asset Fund of Funds portfolios. Distributor status will allow intermediaries to offer the funds to UK-domiciled clients, with a minimum investment of £5,000. The portfolios are Extended Risk, Optimum Risk and the Reduced Risk. Barings’ Multi-Manager Funds are led by Sam Jeffries, director of multi-manager investments and invest in portfolios across a wide range of asset classes including equity, fixed income, property, structured products and hedge funds.
