Cofunds has strengthened its product team as it plans to launch an offshore bond and a funds-only Sipp. Andy Fail has joined from Scottish Equitable as head of product on the Cofunds team. He leaves his post as head of sales for the final salary team which he has held since 2005. Fail will be responsible for developing the life and pensions business and its products.
