Japanese fund managers remain positive on their outlook for 2008 despite a disappointing 2007. S&P Fund Services said managers are bullish on fundamentals in Japan, pointing to low equity valuations and high dividend yields. However, funds remain polarised, S&P’s Alison Cratchley notes, with some focusing on exporters and others on domestically-orientated stocks.
