The Insight Diversified Target Return fund will convert from a non-Ucits retail scheme (Nurs) to a Ucits III structure on 14 September in order to broaden its investment audience. Investors in the fund are being asked to okay the wider use of derivatives, currently only used for efficient portfolio management, within the vehicle. Run by Ana Cukic Munro and Patrick Armstrong, the fund’s objective is to spread risk by selecting from a wide asset range to achieve the optimal blend of investments for different market conditions.
