The FSA has launched an online handbook where businesses can select and save the rules that are relevant to their individual company. By answering 10 questions about the kind of business they are running, firms can access their personal handbook online at any time. The FSA realised that as its regulations stretch across the financial industry, not all of its rules apply to every company. As such it is offering a way for companies to customise a handbook to the rules that are only relevant to their company.
