Hendersons’ Patrick Sumner will look to Eastern and Central European markets to generate most alpha for his Horizon Pan European Property Equities Alpha Plus fund. The highly concentrated best ideas portfolio which comes to the market on 3 December, will seek capital growth by investing in property equities throughout Europe. The latest offering from the group has the capacity to go short and Sumner has used this to profit from the rapidly declining UK market in recent months.
