Cofunds sees cautious investors and increased switching of funds in 2006

Investors using the Cofunds platform became more cautious in the later part of 2006 and increased the number of switches in their portfolios compared to previous years, according to a report from the platform. They also made the most investments into property-related funds. New Star Property and Norwich Property Trust were the two most used funds for the year and M&G Property Portfolio also featured in the top 10 sellers.
