US presidential elections have historically been very close and could have swung either way, making it difficult to predict winners and losers. However, we believe infrastructure spending, healthcare, financials, media, and defence spending will all benefit no matter who gets elected in November. The Highway Spending Bill, which aims to address the country's crumbling infrastructure by funding roads, bridges, and mass transit has only kicked the can down the road, instead of forcing Congress to make some hard funding decisions.
