Problems with infrastructure in Scotland are set to delay new home builds and push existing property prices higher, according to Homes for Scotland, which represents the house-building industry north of the border. The organisation said up to 80% of land approved for development could not be built on because sewerage provision had reached capacity. Jennifer Kennedy, policy and information officer at Homes for Scotland, said: "There is an under-supply of housing and anything affecting that will obviously have a detrimental affect on prices.
