The FTSE All-Share Real Estate index performed very strongly over the month outperforming the FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and the FTSE All-Share. The strength of the performance from the FTSE All Share Real Estate index was based on the fact that only 2 of the 32 constituents produced a negative absolute return. May was another busy month for the fund, with nearly all the activity focused on topping up our existing positions.
