Those of us involved in the distribution of pensions are used to seeing our efforts to get people engaged come to naught. No one is ever going to suggest that pensions are exciting - though the new residential property proposals come close. We have to try and restore some public confidence. There are lots of theories on how to manage this. Mine is that the only way we can get people to take more of an interest is to give them more to be interested in.
