The trends seen in the commercial property market that we saw in 2004 seem to have continued into 2005, so far at least - occupational demand is still expanding, but at unspectacular rates, while investor demand remains very strong, leading to further downward pressure on yields and very strong cashflows into retail and institutional property funds.
