With some of the fastest forecast 2007 growth rates, Latin American equity markets appear set to outperform. Will Landers, manager of the Merrill Lynch Latin American investment trust, says the region’s valuation parameters are currently among the most appealing in the world. Landers has 60% of the portfolio’s assets invested in Brazil and says the country is benefiting from a stable economic environment.
