Ex-Credit Suisse team to launch global macro absolute return fund for Lombard Odier IM

The former Credit Suisse managers who departed for Lombard Odier Investment Managers are due to launch a global macro absolute return fund.

First revealed in January, Valentin Petrescou and Didier Anthamatten will lead the fund, accompanied by former colleagues Jeremy Gatto, Philipp Mueller and Max Witschel. They began with LOIM on 2 April. The fund will be available to both institutional and private investors and is due to go live in the third quarter of this year. The team formerly managed the Hedging the Cycle and Multi Asset Premia investment strategies at Credit Suisse Wealth Management, which had a track record of over four years and peaked at $1.8bn AUM.  Lombard Odier names co-head of asset management business ...
