Premier Miton's Rob James retires after 34 years

Premier Miton Investors fixed income fund manager Rob James has retired after 34 years in the industry.

At Premier Miton, he co-managed the Premier Miton Financials Capital Securities fund alongside head of fixed income Lloyd Harris, who will remain as lead manager of the strategy. Following James' departure at the end of 2023, Harris will be supported by the firm's wider fixed income team, including Simon Prior, co-manager of the Premier Miton Corporate Bond Monthly Income fund, Hoy Wan, co-manager of the Premier Miton UK Money Market fund, and the firm's team of credit analysts.
