Fidelity poaches from Schroders and Ares for infrastructure team buildout

Fidelity International has appointed Chantale Pelletier as global head of infrastructure equity investments and Emma Haight as head of infrastructure debt to develop its infrastructure offering.

Pelletier will be responsible for the development of Fidelity's infrastructure strategy and promoting products across infrastructure debt and equity. Prior to this role, she was global head of infrastructure at Schroders and CEO of Schroders Capital Management in France. She also spent over 20 years in senior global roles at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.
