Gresham House makes dual senior appointment to strengthen housing offering

Gresham House has appointed Claire Cooper as director of shared ownership operations and Matthew Painter as director of development and delivery to boost its UK housing team.

Cooper has over 14 years of experience in the affordable homeownership space, having previously worked as head of homeownership at Peabody, where she managed shared ownership and leasehold portfolios, with a focus on new developments. She has also worked in a range of property management roles for other housing associations and private investors, including Optivo, One Housing and Heylo.
