State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) has promoted Ann Prendergast to head of EMEA, following Rory Tobin’s retirement.

Tobin spent nine years at the firm and announced his retirement in June after a 35-year career in financial services. Prendergast joined State Street in 2000 as a relationship manager and has held various roles with increasing responsibilities over the years.
