Odey AM sells entire stake in Oxford BioDynamics

Odey Asset Management has sold its entire stake in biotechnology company Oxford BioDynamics, according to a stock exchange filing today (7 November).

The firm held a 17.9% stake in the company, the filing said, and notified the issuer of the sale on 7 November. Odey AM's stake was worth about £12.7m, as the firm has a market cap of £71.1m, according to data from Morningstar Direct. Odey Asset Management to wind down business Last week, Odey AM began the process of winding down its business, after the asset manager was plagued by scandal after claims of sexual assault were brought against its founder Crispin Odey.
