Robeco opens proprietary sustainable investment data to public

Robeco is opening up its proprietary Sustainable Development Goals scores and country ESG scores in a bid to promote "data transparency".

Access to the Dutch asset manager's SI Open Access initiative, which launched in August 2022 for clients and academics, will be broadened to the public, including companies and NGOs. The firm said the aim of the initiative was to contribute to new standards in sustainable investing and improve the quality of sustainable investing data, following the principle of the "wisdom of the crowd".
