HSBC adds portfolio manager Taras Pushak to EMD team

New hire joins from APG Asset Management

HSBC Asset Management has boosted its emerging markets debt (EMD) investment team with the appointment of portfolio manager Taras Pushak, who joins from APG Asset Management.

In his new role, which he started on 5 May, Pushak will be responsible for managing the firm's EMD total return strategies, and generating EMD macroeconomic views and themes for implementation across its EMD investment portfolios. Based in London, Pushak will report to Bryan Carter, head of global emerging markets debt.
