Schroders shakes up leadership team and replaces Rainbow as boss of Lloyds JV

Schroders has shaken up its UK leadership team, appointing James Rainbow as head of UK distribution and Latin America with Peter Hetherington taking on Rainbow's previous role as chief executive of Schroders Personal Wealth.

Rainbow, who established Schroders Personal Wealth - the joint venture with Lloyds Bank - for its launch this year, will lead the continued development Schroders' £165.6bn UK business, while Hetherington joins from his role as CEO of the FTSE 250 company IG Group Holdings. Furthermore, Dena Brumpton and Adam Seale have been appointed independent non-executive directors of Schroders Wealth. Brumpton was recently CEO for Barclays Savings, Investments and Wealth Management while Seale was recently CEO of  investment platform Interactive Investor.
