Investing in student property has undergone a remarkable transformation in recent years but without wanting to sound, oh, maybe a bit contrarian, I suspect dark clouds may now be looming.

I have long been interested in this very specialist form of real estate investing, believing its unique characteristics make it hugely appealing to the more adventurous among real asset types.
