Charlie Ergen is the founder and boss of US satellite TV provider Dish Networks. I guess he is not particularly well known here in the UK but he is (if we are to believe a wonderful story from a few weeks back in Bloomberg BusinessWeek) a fairly ‘difficult' boss to work for.
