BMO REP boosts UK property fund team with new hire

BMO Real Estate Partners (REP) has appointed Emma Gullifer as assistant fund manager within its UK property fund team.

Gullifer will be based in London in her new role with BMO REP, which is a part of BMO Financial Group's global asset management business (BMO GAM). She will be responsible for the management and review of new acquisitions of the flagship £550m BMO UK Property fund, and will report to lead manager Guy Glover. Gullifer will also be actively involved in client liaisons and the ongoing marketing of the fund, which has steadily grown over the past eight years and boasts of a diversified portfolio of over 50 holdings across the UK.
