Jupiter bolsters Sheikh's multi-asset team with another JPMAM hire

Jupiter Asset Management has raided J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) once again to build out its multi-asset team with the appointment of Mark Richards as a strategist.

Richards (pictured) will report to Jupiter's head of strategy, multi-asset, Talib Sheikh, who joined the firm in June 2018 after 20 years with JPMAM. At JPMAM, Richards was a multi-asset strategist for three years. Prior to that, he held similar positions at PIMCO and Credit Suisse. In his newly created role, he will have a particular focus on the Flexible Income fund, which was launched for Sheikh in September 2018.
