SYZ AM appoints M&G veteran Nott as CEO

SYZ Asset Management has appointed William Nott as CEO from M&G Securities, effective 7 January.

Nott (pictured) will also become a member of SYZ Bank's executive committee and a shareholder of the asset management arm, subject to regulatory approval. Nott has spent his whole 35-year career at M&G, most recently as chairman and CEO of M&G Securities, which he has held since 2006. He started his career in 1984 as a fund manager before being appointed as head of institutional business development in 1996.
