Artemis' Berens departs Investment Association board after four years

Jasper Berens, head of distribution at Artemis, has stepped down from his position on the board of the Investment Association while JPMAM's Dan Watkins has left after only one month.

Berens sat on the board for four years, having joined in September 2014 while he was head of retail at J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM). He joined the board at the same time as Helena Morrissey, Mark Armour, Robert Talbut and Gervais Williams. At the time of joining the board, they worked at Newton, Invesco Perpetual, Royal London Asset Management and Miton respectively.   Only Miton fund manager Gervais Williams remains on the 16-strong board out of those five members.
