Investec AM hires European head from Wellington

Investec Asset Management has appointed Richard Haxe as managing director of its European client group.

Haxe will be responsible for developing the business, managing the firm's European client base and engaging investors across the region. He joins from Wellington Asset Management where he spent four years, most recently as head of relationship group for EMEA. Prior to Wellington, he held a number of roles at Alliance Bernstein over a ten-year period including head of its EMEA business.
