Mobius Capital Partners hires ex-Neptune Indian equities head Kunal Desai

Former head of Indian equities at Neptune Investment Management Kunal Desai is the fourth fund manager to be joining Mobius Capital Partners, Investment Week can reveal.

Desai announced he was leaving Neptune in May having previously run the group's India fund for five years as well as acting as deputy manager to Ewan Thompson on the Emerging Markets fund. He will join Mobius Capital Partners, the emerging markets boutique set up by investment veteran Mark Mobius and his ex-Franklin Templeton colleagues Carlos Hardenberg and Greg Konieczny earlier this year, in August.
