HANetf hires sales director from Deutsche AM

HANetf has appointed Deutsche Asset Management's David Patterson as director, UK & Ireland sales.

Reporting to Hector McNeil, co-CEO of HANetf, Patterson will be responsible for promoting and selling funds on the firm's platform to UK and Irish clients. He brings over ten years' experience in ETF distribution, most recently at Deutsche AM where he was head of UK wholesale distribution, responsible for developing the UK coverage of ETPs and strategic-beta funds. He has also held senior sales and distribution roles at Mellon Global Investments, Newton Fund Managers, Save & Prosper Group, Sun Life Trust and Manulife Management.
