Former Barings investment director James Ind has joined Pictet Wealth Management as head of multi-asset flexible and single asset discretionary solutions.

Ind (pictured) was multi-asset manager and investment director at Barings for two years before leaving last September. He joined Pictet as head of multi-asset flexible and single asset discretionary solutions in October. Although they did not work together at Barings, the move sees Ind follow in the footsteps of the former Barings multi-asset trio of Andrew Cole, Shaniel Ramjee and Percival Stanion who also left Barings  for Pictet Asset Management in 2014.
