Tributes paid as JPM trust manager Emly passes away

Colleagues described her as 'inspirational'

Sarah Emly, manager of the JPMorgan Income & Capital and Claverhouse investment trusts, has sadly passed away after struggling with ill health in recent years.

She was part of JP Morgan Asset Management's UK equities team and managed the two trusts, as well as the open-ended JPM UK Equity Blue Chip and UK Equity & Bond Income funds. The manager worked for the firm for 22 years, starting at Robert Fleming & Co in 1995. Emly struggled with ill health in recent years, taking a leave of absence in late 2015 before returning in July 2016.
