BennBridge hires former Goldmans equity trading head for EM boutique Pembroke

Multi-boutique investment firm BennBridge has hired two individuals into investment roles for Pembroke, its global emerging market long/short boutqiue, set to launch in 2018.

Gregory Mariasch joins the firm as partner and portfolio manager from RAM Capital Partners where he was chief investment officer. Prior to this, he worked at Goldman Sachs where he had responsibility for emerging market equities within the investment strategy group and also head of international equity trading.  Mariasch and Pembroke's chief investment officer Sanjiv Bhatia have known each other for over 25 years, having worked together at Goldman Sachs.   The firm has also hired Luis Fernandez de Mesa who joins as an equity analyst.
